Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with month – end close, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the company. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the team.
Some responsibilities include:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- GL Account analysis
- Assist with the month-end closing process
- Assist with tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in NetSuite (must have)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - 95,000 with a 10% Bonus. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
