Shift Structure
Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM EST
Compensation and Benefits
15 VL annually
10 SL annually
13th month pay
HMO offered upon regularization
Weekends off
Overtime available
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Maintaining licensure and other information for healthcare facilities.
Responsible for onboarding new hires and obtaining necessary documentation and input information into various databases.
Has an in-depth knowledge of Payer Enrollment
Detail-oriented, organized decision-maker with the ability to work both independently and in teams.
Strong oral and written communication skills are also essential, as these specialists spend a lot of time communicating with doctors and healthcare administrators.
Strong communication skills using phones, as this post demands a person’s ability to gather information from different payers or insurance companies for payer enrollment to proceed and complete
Other tasks assigned by management
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of US Healthcare credentialing experience is a requirement.
College Graduate of any 4 year course.
5 years of BPO experience as Customer Service Representative.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail oriented
Physical Requirements
Must be punctual or on time and adhere to the company's Time and Attendance policy.
Must be able to remain sitting for the majority of their shift.
