The Associate SC/Inventory Coordinator supports the return material disposition management, RMA and inventory functions at Kestra. Supports the implementation of business-system based demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory visualization tools. Collaborates with Inventory Analysts to adjust supply plans to meet forecasted and actual demand to minimize obsolete inventory and resolve variances to supply plans
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
· Work with Customer Relations Management (CRM) System to develop tools to facilitate inventory return reconciliation.
· Monitor and execute inventory transactions withing an ERP system as assigned.
· Process inbound and outbound shipments of products as well manage several inventory locations within ERP system.
· Collaborate with sales and customer service team to investigate and resolve inventory issues.
· Support field requests and inventory cycle count process
· Prepare reports for analysis, as needed, and share with key stakeholders
· Processes and documents RMA by following established procedures

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience Required:
· 2+ years’ experience in supply chain and inventory planning role
· Experience supporting a company’s S&OP process
· Experience working with demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management
· Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external partners
· Operational and analytical skills
Preferred:
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or technical degree with equivalent business experience
· Experience working with Med-Tech Products
· Experience with business-system based demand forecast, supply plan, and inventory visualization tools.
· Salesforce knowledge
· Experience with DME ERP systems
Work Environment:
· Indoor open office environment
· Minimal noise volume typical to an office environment
· Extended hours when needed
· Drug-free, as per FDA regulations

Salary: Annualized between $70,000 and $74,000. Depending on experience and location.
