The Role
On a typical day, you will...
- Set up, monitor, and optimize automation initiatives using tools like HubSpot, Make.com, N8n.io, and other MarTech platforms, ensuring seamless marketing workflows.
- Help our Marketing & Growth team execute enablement initiatives faster and more efficiently by refining processes and removing roadblocks.
- Troubleshoot challenges in cross-team campaigns and workflows, using your problem-solving mindset to find fast, effective solutions.
- Get a deep understanding of how everything connects across our MarTech stack, making sure nothing breaks while constantly finding ways to improve and streamline processes.
- Collaborate on cross-functional experiments with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations, helping drive better results across teams.
- Stay ahead of the game by researching and testing new marketing technologies that can boost efficiency and impact.
- Keep up with emerging MarTech trends, ensuring we’re always leveraging the best tools to optimize campaigns and drive growth.

Salary Range
Our offers are based on the annual salary cost for the company and for this position, we have a budget of 40.000€ to 50.000€.
Translating to everyday language, it could be a total gross package of 30.000€ to 38.000€ (plus other benefits).
Interview Process
