Growth Support Associate

We are seeking a Growth Support Associate to assist with business development, candidate research, and administrative support. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to support both recruitment and operational functions within the organization.

Responsibilities:

MPC (Most Placeable Candidate) research (ad-hoc) assist our colleagues in helping talents look for job opportunities
Research company job openings, key contacts, and relevant contact details.
Conduct outreach by sending emails or InMails via designated accounts.
Assist in onboarding clients and signing Terms of Business (TOB) with guidance from the BD Manager or Managing Director.
Support the recruitment team by sourcing candidates as needed.
Perform data entry and assist in managing billing and timesheets.
Prepare and manage project reports using templates, such as monthly billing and payroll reports.
Process job descriptions, including generating JDs with AI tools, formatting them, and posting them on ATS Manatal and job portals.
Maintain and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for easy access by the team.
Provide support for ad-hoc recruitment projects as needed.

Requirements:

Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for outreach and coordination.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and support various functions within the organization.
Familiarity with ATS platforms like Manatal and other job posting portals is a plus.
Experience in recruitment support or business development is advantageous.
