Position: Office Coordinator – Customer Experience
Reports to: Corporate & Workplace Experience Manager
Location: Montreal, QC
Schedule: 9h30 – 18h00


Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable showroom experiences? BESTSELLER CANADA is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as Office Coordinator – Customer Experience, ensuring our clients and visitors receive first-class service every time.

YOUR ROLE
As the Office Coordinator, you’ll be the face of BESTSELLER CANADA, welcoming visitors and managing showroom experiences that leave lasting impressions. Your role is to ensure seamless coordination of all customer-facing activities in our office and showroom spaces, maintaining our high standards of hospitality and professionalism.


YOUR RESPONSABILITIES


Customer Experience

  • Be the friendly face that greets every visitor, client, and partner, leaving a lasting impression.
  • Keep our reception and showroom spotless, stylish, and always ready to wow.
  • Help set the stage for unforgettable presentations—coordinate catering, setup, and logistics like a pro.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and make sure everything is ready to impress.
  • Arrange comfy accommodations and smooth travel plans for visiting clients.
  • Gather and share client feedback to help us create even better experiences.


Showroom Operations

  • Keep our showroom looking fresh—organize inventory, samples, and seasonal updates.
  • Make sure all tech and presentation tools are ready for showtime.
  • Be the go-to person for all showroom-related questions and team support.
  • Pitch in with light cleaning to ensure every corner shines and feels welcoming.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service, hospitality, or office coordination role.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: You thrive in managing multiple tasks and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Customer-Centric: You excel at creating welcoming and professional environments.
  • Proactive and Adaptable: You anticipate needs and respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in French & English, with confidence interacting with diverse teams and clients.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with office software and eager to learn new tools to support your role.
