Job Overview
The Aerospace, Defense, & Marine (AD&M) Business Unit within TE is seeking an experienced Finance leader to partner with our Commercial and Strategy functions as Sr Manager Finance of commercial & Strategy. This role will provide critical support to the Business Unit and functional leaders to achieve business performance. This position will involve a wide range of finance and business partnership responsibilities. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring success in our commercial, customer-facing, and strategic teams.

Responsibilities
Strategic & Commercial Finance Leadership
- Collaborate with Functional VP Leadership to provide actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Proactively identify opportunities and risks that impact financial and business performance.
- Manage financial performance and implement strategies across functions to achieve performance targets.
- Develop detailed financial models and creative ways of manipulating data to provide insights and actionable metrics.
- Develop and implement long range planning models, driver-based revenue and cost strategies
- Drive functional team accountability of budget adherence through tools that detail variance to budget
- Align on key performance indicator measurement factors for commercial and engineering teams including KPI setting drill downs to regional, market & sales territory levels
- Provide strategic guidance to sales, capital projects, NPI and ROI
- Support the business through cross functional KPI alignment
- Drive working capital management through oversight of AR and AR past dues, and capital
M&A Advisory & Support
- Support potential M&A with detailed financial modeling, insights, and advisory.
Leadership and Team Development
- Develop and maintain a strong team of direct and indirect reports, acting as a coach and mentor for the organization.
- Exhibit strong leadership competencies including the ability to build and articulate a vision, strong communication skills, and a track record of execution.
- Drive automation and implement analytical tools
What your background should look like:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required (or another related field)
- MBA or Master’s Degree, CFA/CPA preferred
Experience:
- 10+ years of Finance experience in Manufacturing or related field required

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $150,300 - 225,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
