The Senior Analyst & Client Liaison position at TGaS will be responsible for working with benchmark and survey information from clients and producing high-quality deliverables with the information. The candidate will have a proven track record of servicing clients, business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical insights generation, as well as experience with using analytical tools and techniques on structured databases.

The position will require a driven person to develop and execute projects for clients in the life sciences industry. The candidate will also be experienced in using analytical tools to organize and present information in a format that makes the information easy to understand while highlighting trends and key findings.

In addition, the individual will bring an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry to the role; background knowledge of Marketing Operations and Promotional Review Operations functions is strongly preferred. The Senior Analyst & Client Liaison role will apply this knowledge to enhance the insights and analysis they and their team provide.  They will also demonstrate the ability to lead projects, working directly with clients and practice leads to refine project requirements, scope, and timing of delivery.  This is a ‘hands on’ role that requires the individual to execute on client deliverables and support clients directly, by attending client interviews and aggregating the qualitative data captured to develop report themes, insights, and recommendations in the client report.

The Senior Analyst & Client Liaison will have 3-6 years of operations & analytics experience in the Life Sciences industry and have a strong interest in working with Marketing Operations & Promotional Review Operations data. The Senior Analyst & Client Liaison will also contribute to product innovation development and ensure that product changes / innovations are implemented in a timely manner.  The individual will vet existing processes & standards and develop and implement a plan to roll out the changes to gain efficiency.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

Quality and Efficient Output Production:

  • Plans and executes with minimal direction, utilizing prior industry knowledge learning to creatively support new project types
  • Use Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to create customized, effective, and accurate deliverables for clients based on input from practice teams
  • Utilize benchmark/survey information, along with experience and understanding of the business to identify meaningful trends, provide insights, and create recommendations for client engagements
  • Utilize and improve custom automation tools to generate analysis and improve benchmark product offerings
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of available data and demonstrate research skills while applying findings to client requests
  • Participate in the design of customized surveys to answer client questions (Virtual Hows). Use web-based survey tools to implement the survey.
  • Internal subject matter expert on TGaS benchmark data who can identify discrepancies and errors to correct as well as opportunities for overall improvement
  • Utilize captured quantitative and qualitative data to develop story/theme of deliverables

  • Assists with tasks beyond assigned work, executing those deliverables successfully to improve overall project team abilities

  • Clearly and independently explains methods used in analyzing data, as well as results and implications of analyses, with limited managerial oversight

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong expertise in analytical/presentation tools: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Tableau, AI, Power Query, and relational databases.
  • Understanding of market research concepts, survey design and implementation
  • Prior experience should include demonstrated success in hands-on analytical role(s) requiring active analysis of diverse datasets to generate insights for clients
  • Demonstrates attention to detail with the ability to produce quality outputs and review own work for errors
  • Demonstrates ability to maintain, develop, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures as needed
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload across several projects and tasks with minimal guidance from management and stakeholders
  • Strong business writing and communication and presentation skills
  • 3-6 years of professional experience based on a combination of pharmaceutical industry experience and operations & analytics experience
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Preferred

  • MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Client-facing role experience, where candidate interacted with clients directly 
  • Salesforce reporting and dashboarding experience
  • Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences experience, specifically including analysis of Marketing Operations & Promotional Review Operations data
  • Understanding of life sciences and/or pharmaceutical industry consulting
  • Qualtrics experience or similar web-based survey tool

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000 - $115,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
