We’re looking for a Product Manager to focus on the Originations side of our business. In this role, you’ll drive improvements in pull-through rates, funnel conversion, and operational efficiency—both front-end (customer-facing) and back-end (operational). This role is a great opportunity to collaborate across teams and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that align with our mission of helping people achieve financial wellness.
WHAT YOU'LL DOCreate Alignment: Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities, from leadership to front-line teams.Optimize the Funnel: Support strategies to improve pull-through rates and conversion across the originations journey, leveraging experimentation and data.Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process and system improvements across both front-end experiences and back-end operations to scale Originations capabilities.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Design, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.Leverage Data Insights: Partner with Data Intelligence to analyze funnel performance, member behaviors, and operational metrics to inform decisions.Support Experimentation: Assist in designing and executing A/B tests to refine strategies and improve conversion.Define Requirements: Break down problems into actionable product specs, including defining success criteria, MVPs, and phasing in collaboration with stakeholders.Measure Impact: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of initiatives and inform iteration.ABOUT YOUExperience: 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech or consumer lending.
