Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - 60,000 per month

Core Tasks

Review and evaluate candidate records in Bullhorn ATS for accuracy and completeness.
Update candidate profiles to reflect accurate qualifications, skills, and statuses (e.g., RN vs. LPN or “Not in Profession” for unqualified applicants).
Maintain consistent data cleanup standards to ensure uniformity across all eight company brands.
Support efforts to map resumes to appropriate job skills and classifications for healthcare and education staffing.
Provide regular updates and progress reports to the team lead on completed records and areas of improvement.

Must-Have:

1+ year of experience with ATS platforms (Bullhorn or similar).
Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate resumes for relevant qualifications.
Basic understanding of healthcare and education staffing roles or a willingness to learn quickly.
Experience in data cleanup, data entry, or related administrative tasks.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a secure environment and follow confidentiality guidelines.
Ability to work EST hours.
