What you will do

This is a leadership role for sales professionals who are experienced in SaaS and passionate about working in a hyper-growth MarTech scale-up.

We have a world-class sales organization with a strong pipeline bombarded with inbound marketing leads and SDR lead generation. In this role, you will;
  • Train, coach, and lead a sales team to crush the numbers and foster a performance-driven culture
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to identify, approach, and close key clients
  • Provide feedback to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
  • Identify emerging opportunities and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and the state of competition
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Continuously nurture current and prospective clients with helpful industry knowledge & exciting news that will help them and us to succeed together
  • Effectively manage the country’s pipeline to forecast & realize revenue to meet targets for presentation & accountability to management
  • Get support from other teams such as Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, Marketing etc.


  • What you need;
  • At least 7 years of  quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS, MarTech
  • At least 3 years of sales team management experience.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Communication skills and collaborative mindset to build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level
  • Superior project and time management skills. And a keen eye for detail!
  • Our technical knowledge goes well beyond that of any other salesperson. You need to be a savvy tech bug, always searching for solutions and ideas.
  • Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and following up the effectiveness
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment 
  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
