Job description

This is a remote position.

The HR Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the People Operations department through data-driven insights and analytics. This role is responsible for sourcing, gathering, analyzing, and reporting on employee data to advance HR goals, improve decision-making, and drive organizational success. The HR Analyst will focus on enhancing HR analytics capabilities, preparing key materials for HR and business leaders, and providing actionable insights that support productivity, engagement, and overall workforce effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and collect employee data related to productivity, digital activity, effort, working time allocation, output, and impact.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of employee data to support tactical and strategic HR decisions.
  • Leverage HR platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, Excel, Power BI) to extract, organize, and analyze data effectively.
  • Develop comprehensive talent cards for employees, summarizing key data points and insights for review by the Talent Review Committee.
  • Ensure talent cards are accurate, visually clear, and actionable.
  • Drive the development of advanced HR analytics and reporting capabilities through tools like Power BI and Excel.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics to improve processes and outcomes continuously.
  • Prepare materials for the Talent Review Committee and Human Capital Committee, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop presentations and reports for committee meetings.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within workforce data.
  • Develop innovative solutions and recommendations to address HR-related issues and achieve organizational objectives.


Requirements
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Experience with business intelligence (BI) software, data models and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas).
  • Data literacy regarding data sources, data quality, definitions, analysis concepts, and visualizations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand HR processes, data and reporting needs to develop creative analysis approaches, provide key data-driven insights, and tell a compelling story.
