Corporate Partnerships Manager

This position will provide partner account management and support for new partner development for key corporate partners of Operation HOPE.
General Description of Duties and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for managing existing corporate partnerships, growing their annual partnership with HOPE, and assisting with the development of new partners. The AVP must have both the vision and skills to enable the President of Partnerships and the Senior Vice President of Partnerships to foster the successful expansion of Operation HOPE in coordination with all key stakeholders and in response to ever-changing environments. This position is responsible for executing partner deliverables, including marketing collateral, proposals, invoices, and relevant data entry. Other key duties include support to the leadership team for partner engagement, relationship management, and marketing/communications. HOPE anticipates this role managing a portfolio of 25-50 corporate partners in banking, real estate, insurance, among others. The job requires a flexible schedule, creativity, attention to detail, ability to communicate, engage and collaborate with a wide variety of audiences and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Aptitude and passion for financial inclusion and uplift
- Experience managing corporate relationships
- Experience in sales
- Demonstrated transparency and high integrity required
- Expertise in developing compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Experience with relationship management systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Operation HOPE External Relationship Management
- Anticipates client needs, ensures maximum resource utilization, and maintenance of each partnership “experience” to stay in a positive financial position.
- Develops, catalogs, and expeditiously sends proposals, decks, and follow-up information to prospective partners
- Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned HOPE partners.
- Provides regular updates to key leadership of assigned HOPE partners.
- Provides some oversight of event planning related to the launch of partnerships with the HOPE Communications team.
- Ensures partner satisfaction and success for sponsorships of the annual flagship event, the HOPE Global Forums (HGF)
- Builds a high-level understanding of key corporate functional areas, to include: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental Social and Governance (ESG), and the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).
Operation HOPE Internal Relationship Management
- Supports the President of Partnerships and the Senior Vice President of Partnerships for fundraising, deck and proposal development, grant writing, grant reports, as needed, and development of resources necessary to support HOPE’s core programming.
- Oversees and implements appropriate resources to ensure that the operations of each partnership are adequately fulfilled.
- Communicates regularly with Operations leadership to ensure that partner needs are being met.
- Elevates client challenges to HOPE Executive leadership when appropriate.
- Develops and presents new growth opportunities to HOPE Executive leadership.
