What You’ll Do


As a Customer Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor and go-to partner for our retail clients. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high retention rate and strong satisfaction (NPS) scores.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive consumer engagement and success for retailers, both online and in-store.
  • Conduct monthly website reviews, train clients on tools, and provide actionable insights to improve their digital presence.
  • Lead webinars, conference calls, and proactive outreach to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Collaborate across teams to meet client needs and share feedback to help us continually improve our products.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to adopt additional tools, enhancing their overall success.

Additional Information

 

Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.

 

General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time.
