Job description

This is a remote position.

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our client, a renowned pharmaceutical company, as an Appian Developer Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and optimizing the Appian platform, ensuring seamless performance and operational excellence.

If you have a deep expertise in Appian development and a passion for problem-solving, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance new features on the Appian platform, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria and business needs.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs within Appian automation code, designing proactive solutions.
  • Analyze complex problem statements and deliver Appian-based solutions for optimized system performance.
  • Utilize Appian Memory Management best practices and implement Health Check procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Appian production issues efficiently to ensure high system uptime and reliability.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in Appian development, with a deep understanding of its functionalities and best practices.
  • Proven ability to analyze, develop, and enhance Appian-based solutions effectively.
  • Expertise in Appian Memory Management and Health Check procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Appian-related production issues efficiently.
  • Must be based in the EU or nearshore countries.
