Your mission
About us

The Hashgraph Group (THG) is a global organization headquartered in Switzerland, and is a part of the Hedera Hashgraph (“Hedera”) ecosystem.

Hedera is a revolutionary proof-of-stake public Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) network that is fast emerging as the gold standard in DLT for enterprise-grade solutions and decentralized applications (dApps). Hedera is governed by a council of the world’s leading organizations - which include Google, Boeing, IBM, Dell, Deutsche Telekom, LG, Abrdn, London School of Economics, to name a few.

THG works closely with enterprises, startups, governments, and academic and training institutions around the world to deliver financing, custom-design solutions, and professional training and innovation programs, aimed at accelerating the development and utilization of the Hedera Hashgraph network.
As we undergo rapid expansion, we are establishing offices in strategic locations worldwide. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager based in Europe and working with our global team. This role will report directly to the Head of Global Partnerships, based out of USA
Your profile
The Partnerships business unit at THG plays a vital role in driving Hedera's ecosystem growth by forging alliances with enterprises, technology partners, consulting firms, and academia worldwide. In addition to nurturing and scaling THG’s network of 50+ existing partners, the team focuses on monetizing these relationships to fuel ecosystem expansion.

As the Senior Manager – Partnerships, you will act as the second in command for the Partnerships business unit, bridging the gap between the Head of Global Partnerships and various stakeholders, including enterprises, government agencies, academic institutions, regulators, and other authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business and Operational Support: Provide strategic and operational assistance to the Head of Global Partnerships and the broader Partnerships team.
  • Partner Engagement: Work closely with new and existing partners, guiding them through THG’s and Hedera’s value propositions, product offerings, and processes.
  • Client Development:
    • Assist partners in developing business pitches and supporting client negotiations.
    • Generate leads, nurture them into opportunities, and establish strong business alliances.
  • Ecosystem Matchmaking: Identify use cases within the Hedera ecosystem, matching them with suitable partners and clients while engaging relevant subject matter experts.
  • Training and Upskilling: Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to facilitate training and certification of developers, ensuring they are proficient in Hedera’s technologies.
  • Content Creation: Prepare white papers, reports, presentations, and other materials to support global Go-To-Market strategies with partners and clients.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track opportunities, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-ups to achieve business objectives.
  • Operational Coordination: Liaise with management and other departments to address operational requirements.

Support and Collaboration:
You will work closely with the Head of Global Partnerships, who will provide direct support, including introductions to key relationships. While you will receive guidance, you are expected to independently develop and manage these relationships.

Role Impact:
As an integral part of THG, you will help implement the organization’s long-term growth strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with Hedera’s vision. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape your career while contributing significantly to the growth of Hedera’s ecosystem.

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

  • A strong command of English, both written and spoken, essential for effective communication.
  • Over 15 years of professional experience, with the ability to engage articulately with senior executives, regulators, government officials, and decision-makers at large organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • A background in business development and experience in selling technology products and solutions.
  • Good domain knowledge of distributed ledger technology and blockchain.
  • Outstanding project management skills, with a collaborative approach as a team player.
  • The ability to perform effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and adaptability to a dynamic business landscape.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with a high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • A strong network of business contacts, which would be an added advantage.

Academic Qualifications

Ideally, an engineering graduate from a globally or nationally reputed institution. Additional qualifications, such as a business degree from a leading business school, are an advantage but not mandatory if the required competencies and experience are demonstrated.
