Role Name: Digital Marketing Specialist

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week - flexible but must be able to meet within business hours (Florida time)

We’re seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
  • Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand guidelines
  • Develop engaging social media content across multiple platforms to showcase properties and design projects
  • Build and maintain website content, ensuring optimal user experience and regular updates
  • Create and manage virtual property tours and virtual staging presentations
  • Design and implement weekly content calendars for social media and marketing initiatives
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms


Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in real estate or luxury design industries (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Proficiency in website management and content creation
  • Experience with virtual staging and virtual tour software
  • Strong creative abilities and eye for visual design
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate or construction industry marketing
  • Familiarity with luxury brand marketing
  • Understanding of SEO principles
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
