Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize our Instagram and Facebook accounts, creating a cohesive and engaging online presence
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via direct messages, providing excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to convert social media inquiries into actual bookings, increasing our conversion rates
  • Create and schedule eye-catching, on-brand content for our social media platforms, including images, videos, and stories
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with actionable insights
  • Design and execute campaigns to promote our hair styling classes, increasing student enrollment and engagement
  • Craft compelling email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers
  • Collaborate with the business owner to develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices in the beauty industry
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Strong sales skills with a demonstrated track record of converting leads into customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to derive meaningful insights from data
  • In-depth understanding of social media advertising platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram Ads
  • Creative flair with the ability to produce visually appealing content for social media
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Passion for the beauty industry and staying current with the latest trends
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and basic graphic design skills are a plus
