We are looking for a Creative Lead to drive our creative vision and bring fresh ideas to life through digital content, branding, and social media marketing.

Job Summary:
The Creative Lead will be responsible for developing and executing the creative strategy for Black & Grey HR. This role involves leading content creation, branding initiatives, social media marketing, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, excellent design skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a compelling creative strategy aligned with the company’s brand identity and objectives.
  • Lead the design and production of digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, presentations, infographics, videos, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and oversee content creation for social media, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to enhance brand presence and create impactful campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual and written communications.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative design and digital marketing.
  • Work with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies when necessary to support creative initiatives.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns and optimize content for better engagement and reach.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in creative design, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work in graphic design, social media content, and branding.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, etc.).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent visual storytelling, typography, and layout design skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and inspire a creative team.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
