Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team at a leading independent mortgage bank. The ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse with a strong portfolio and expertise in various design platforms.
As our Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets for both print and digital media, supporting our sales teams and corporate initiatives. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will work closely with the Brand team and Sales Leadership to develop and maintain brand consistency across all materials.
What you’ll do:
- Design high-quality marketing collateral for print and digital use, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing assets.
- Daily management of the company-wide asset manager for distribution of print and digital collateral to the sales teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Design and optimize websites and landing pages for improved user experience.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the financial or mortgage industry.
- Exceptional proficiency in Figma, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Adobe Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print and digital projects.
- Experience in designing websites and landing pages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with web development in Webflow.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Familiarity with the mortgage or financial services industry a plus but not a requirement.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Remote, with preference given to candidates located in Columbus, OH area
Pay: $65,000- -$72,000 plus opportunity for bonuses for hitting KPIs
