Job description

Immigration Law Paralegal (Bilingual)

We are looking for an experienced paralegal with 2+ years of experience in working for immigration law firms in the US. You will be working full time (50 hours/week), during US business hours (EST), for an immigration law firm in New York. To be considered, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Advanced level of English, spoken and written (C level);
  • Advanced level of Spanish, spoken and written (C level);
  • Experience in providing paralegal support 3+ years;
  • Experience working for a US immigration law firm 2+ years;
  • Experience writing, editing, and reviewing legal documents;
  • Experience in supporting case management & client liaison;
  • Experience in conducting legal research & evidence gathering;
  • Experience in client liaison, interviewing, and scheduling;
  • Willingness to work 50 hours/week, from home, permanently;
  • Quiet home office with internet & power backup.


You will be working with the same client and will be placed with one client permanently. This is a long-term, permanent role.
