Job description

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality client services on time and on budget while ensuring excellent customer experiences?
Join us as a Clario Project Manager (f/m/d) and support sponsors, sites and CROs with your expertise through the different phases (Phase I - III ) of global Clinical Trial Studies.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading all phases of study management: Planning, Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout.

- Gathering customer requirements and communicating with internal teams.
- Developing and maintaining study documentation.
- Managing equipment distribution and tracking.
- Creating and distributing reports and archiving study data.
- Setting and managing customer expectations.
Overseeing study timelines and financial components:

- Conducting budget reviews and revenue forecasting.
- Managing scope changes and invoice reconciliation.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks, escalating issues as needed.
Fostering collaboration and effective communication within teams to meet project goals.
Applying problem-solving strategies to address customer issues and ensure timely resolutions.

What we look for:

Bachelor’s degree or proven project management experience in the industry.
PM Certification (if applicable).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Strong knowledge of the drug development process.
1-4 years of project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industries.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (fluent in English).
Detail-oriented with a responsive attitude to inquiries and requests.
