Job description

Are you a motivated go-getter with a passion for connecting top commercial talent to exciting opportunities? We’re looking for a Freelance or Part-Time Recruiter to join our team for 2-3 days per week.

You will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts by building relationships with candidates and hiring managers and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. If you have a strong network of sales professionals in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region and a proven track record of placing commercial talent, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates: Actively identify and engage potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, and your own professional network.
  • Candidate Outreach: Leverage your personal connections and industry contacts to attract high-quality commercial talent.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for commercial roles.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Feedback and Communication: Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Job Descriptions: Design and update job descriptions to align with hiring needs.

Skills, qualifications, and experience

  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience ) or 1 year of sales/commercial experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in placing commercial talent, especially in New Business and Account Management roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a persuasive approach.
  • A proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at delivering an efficient and high-quality recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
