Job Overview:

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the configuration requirements provided by the Implementation Project Manager. You will ensure that new customer’s carts and products are set up according to their specifications, helping to deliver a smooth and successful product experience and swift time to value. Your focus will be on ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, providing seamless customer onboarding and implementation support.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Configuration Execution: Implement configuration changes to customer accounts based on the requirements provided by the Implementation Project Manager.
  • Customer Account Setup: Assist in the setup and optimization of ThriveCart accounts to ensure they align with the customer's business goals.
  • Product Customization: Apply updates to templates, products, and other configurations to meet the specifications provided by the customer.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Address any issues related to product configurations or setup, and work with the Implementation Project Manager to resolve them.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document all changes and maintain clear records of the tasks completed to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Implementation Project Manager to ensure that all requirements are met and that the implementation process runs smoothly.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with product updates and best practices to ensure the most efficient and effective implementation process.

What You Bring To This Role:

  • Experience in implementation, technical support, or e-commerce platform management.
  • Familiarity with ThriveCart or similar SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing product configurations.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
