Job description

About Us

NOCD is the #1 telehealth provider for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). OCD is one of the most severe, prevalent, and misunderstood mental health conditions. NOCD creates access to online therapy for people with OCD through our telehealth platform. In the NOCD app, members can quickly access and schedule live, face-to-face video therapy sessions with our national network of licensed therapists that specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) - considered the "gold standard" in OCD treatment.

At NOCD, we help people reclaim their lives with clinically proven OCD treatment, by removing barriers to OCD care, and reducing the stigma associated with OCD. We’re changing the world and need other like-minded individuals to accelerate and expand our efforts.

Key Responsibilities

The American Psychiatric Association (APA) identifies Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy—alone or combined with medication—as the first-line, evidence-based treatment for OCD. However, many prescribers (MDs, Psychiatrists, NPs, PAs) primarily consider medication when treating OCD, often overlooking the benefits of ERP therapy.

When prescribers do seek out ERP therapists, they face limited referral options. Over the past two years, the NOCD Provider Partnerships team has built a nationwide referral network to close this gap. As awareness of NOCD’s specialized care grows, referral volume has increased 10X in the last year, creating a need for additional team support.

In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to expand NOCD’s partnerships, contribute to the growth of this channel, and help patients access life-changing, cost-effective OCD treatment. Every day presents a new chance to connect clinically referred patients with NOCD’s specialized care.

Why Join Us?
  • Thrive in an innovative, mission-driven environment.
  • Competitive salary with commission upside.
  • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO.
  • Be part of a fast-growing, untapped market and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive growth by efficiently scheduling clinically referred patients from NOCD’s national partners.
  • Develop an understanding of OCD, ERP therapy, and NOCD’s treatment model to support patient conversations and ensure seamless scheduling.
  • Navigate a mix of referrals from existing and new partnerships, understanding each partner’s organization, geography, and clinical team to build strong relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for patient scheduling.
  • Manage CRM data, strengthen internal and external relationships, and contribute to new ideas that enhance patient scheduling processes.
  • Represent NOCD with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to improving mental health care.

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in medical intake or patient engagement.
  • Proven success in connecting with and supporting patients.
  • Empathetic, adaptable communication style tailored to patients and families.
  • Strategic thinking and startup experience (preferred).
