We are currently in need of a forward-thinking Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) who will act as strategic business advisor and consultant for clients in the aspect of strategic talent management. This role will be reporting directly to the Business Partnering Senior Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • As a business coach, consultant and advisor to clients, the HRBP will build and nurture client relationships by providing advisories through timely and strategic talent solutions and recommendations to client challenges, concerns, inquiries and requests related to talent management such as Performance Management, Labor Relations, Training & Development, Employee Retention and Engagement.
  • Act as clients bridge and Point of Contact to other business groups within Atticus to ensure proper channeling and timely solution.
  • Ensure positive influence to clients' talent plans and decisions using data analytics to ensure risk management and business growth.
  • Create and present trends to clients based on data analytics in partnership with the Organizational Development Team to develop talent solutions.
  • Provide talent management guidance to line management when appropriate.
    Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal labor requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance in partnership with legal counsel.
  • Communicate new HR policy guidance and interpretation to client and line management.
    Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures and workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Manage client escalation by providing strategic and timely talent management resolution.
  • Ensure that department key performance metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure adherence to annual department budget
  • Conduct client HR Onboarding
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Embody, promote and remind employees of the company culture and core values.
  • Provide timely and accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports as requested by Management.
  • Ensure proper channeling of HR related client and employee concerns.
  • Ensure client and employee adherence to company and labor standards including standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all new employment labor laws in the Philippines are cascaded to client and line management.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders such as clients, employees, department heads and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years and up of strong HR Business partner experience with proven experience in HR Consultancy for clients and executives preferably gained from fast-paced environments.
  • Proven excellent leadership, client management, project management skills
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with focus on service excellence delivery.
  • Above average to excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Above average to excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in using project and task management systems like Monday.com and other similar systems, but not required.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in using Google Workspace, Slack and PMS software, but not required
  • Preferably with HR Certification.
  • Preferably with consulting sales service experience.
  • Preferably graduates of Human Resource Management, Psychology or any Business Management course.
