Reporting to the Trial Consulting Manager, the Senior Trial Consultant is a billable, full-time, exempt position, and is responsible for collaborating with clients to conceptualize and develop effective visual presentations. Working with our designers, animators, medical illustrators, and other consultants, they develop ideas, sketch concepts, and refine the resulting demonstratives. 


All of this is done while managing and exceeding client expectations. They do this by organizing, coordinating, and administering all resources and activities for projects end-to-end: from the planning/budget phase through project completion and ensuring efficient and seamless service throughout.


Senior Trial Consultants work alongside other IMS departments including Expert Witness, Litigation Consulting, and Presentation Technology to position the client’s case for the best possible outcome.

  • Strong ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve creatively, effectively, and efficiently
  • Willingness to integrate with client project teams for varying and extended durations
  • Advanced understanding of software (PowerPoint, Microsoft Office) 
  • Proactive contribution to innovation and business process improvement initiatives to strengthen organizational foundation
  • Advanced knowledge of trial strategy and procedures
  • Specialized knowledge in one or more specific types of litigation

Education & Technical Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience managing multiple deadline-driven projects 
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Legal Presentation/Graphics consultant or other relevant experience
  • B.S/B.A or equivalent combination of skills and experience
  • Strong ability to prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and be flexible in a constantly changing environment
  • Advanced time and project management skills with high attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to adapt to a wide range of department tools, resources, and software, including an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint

 Schedule Requirement

  • 25% travel for client meetings and/or on-site trial support
  • Ability to work nights and weekends on short notice when necessary 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing trial and work schedules

Location

  • This position is 100% remote and supports east to west coast time zones
