Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Vacation Manager to join our team.

The Vacation Manager will be responsible for booking vacation rentals, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.
If you are passionate about hospitality, and customer service, and enjoy working remotely, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

-Market to gain clients

- Communicate with guests before and during their stay to ensure a positive experience.

- Handle booking inquiries, reservations, and payment processing.

- Provide excellent customer service and handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

- Must be 18+ years of age.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
