Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our thriving residential cleaning service and real estate investment operations. Responsibilities
  • Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and leads through various platforms, aiming for a 5-minute response time
  • Utilize the Launch 27 app to schedule efficiently and manage cleaning services
  • Coordinate seamlessly between customers and cleaning staff to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Conduct in-depth research on real estate properties, focusing on auctions and tax liens
  • Compile and maintain detailed spreadsheets with property information, auction dates, and relevant contacts
  • Manage email communications professionally and efficiently
  • Assist with basic social media tasks to enhance our online presence and marketing efforts
  • Provide general administrative support across both the cleaning and real estate sectors of our business
Requirements
  • Proven proficiency in Excel, particularly in managing complex, interlinked spreadsheets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service excellence
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and templates accurately
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software applications (e.g., Launch 27, Bark)
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and their business applications
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating effectively with a remote team
