ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect

Currently, we are searching for a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect to join our growing ServiceNow team in a 100% remote capacity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT service management processes for our clients
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define technical architecture, and lead the deployment of ServiceNow modules, focusing on ITX Workflows
  
• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions in alignment with business needs and IT strategy
  
• Define and document technical architecture, design specifications, and best practices for ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM implementations
  
• Oversee the configuration of ServiceNow applications to meet project requirements
  
• Ensure effective integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  
• Communicate architectural design decisions and ITSM/ITOM/ITAM strategies to various audiences
  
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the implementation process
  
• Mentor and train junior team members on ServiceNow best practices and methodologies
  
• Conduct reviews of design and code to ensure compliance with architectural standards and quality benchmarks
  
• Perform risk assessments and suggest mitigation strategies for potential issues
  
• Keep all ServiceNow Certifications current and up to date
  

Minimum Job Qualifications:

●      ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification

●      Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM

●      Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, and customization practices

●      Demonstrated experience in leading projects and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams

●      Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly

●      Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices

●      Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs, IHub and other tools

●      Knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure management

●      Experience in managing IT asset lifecycle processes and automation

●      Regular and predictable attendance
