What you'll do

As a HR Analyst you will bethe cornerstone for ensuring that our HR processes related to employee benefits, vacation management, and payroll support are executed flawlessly. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to streamline complex processes will ensure that our teams receive exceptional support while we uphold the highest standards of compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee benefits including transportation vouchers, meal allowances, medical and dental plans, among others.
  • Monitor enrollment deadlines and handle all benefit movements (additions, removals, and modifications), ensuring accurate billing and timely remittances.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and brokers to secure the best possible terms and cost-effective solutions.
  • Track each employee’s accrual period, accurately calculating and scheduling vacations in accordance with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Guide employees on vacation timelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Generate and review vacation reports to ensure precise integration with the payroll system.
  • Assist in collecting and verifying data required for payroll processing, such as benefit deductions and related adjustments.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to benefits, vacations, and payroll.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with managers, providing regular updates and detailed reports on vacation schedules and HR processes.

  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in benefits administration and vacation control.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

  • Prior experience in handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Prior experience in the specific industry or sector in which the organization operates.
  • Familiarity with legal technology solutions and e-discovery tools.
