Your next career:
As the Sr. Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role  in helping us scale our go to market (GTM) efforts. You will primarily focus on sales operations with a secondary emphasis on enablement and will play a critical role in ensuring the sales organization is equipped with the right tools, processes, and insights to drive performance and efficiency.The ideal person for this role is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating scalable processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

This role reports to the Director of Sales Enablement  and works closely with Sales, Marketing and many internal teams. 

Your responsibilities:

Lead Analyst for Sales
-We are in hyper growth mode and need insight into what's working well and what needs to be refined. That’s where you come in. You are on point to summarize to the Sales Leaders key aspects of their operations, with insights and recommendations. 
-Pipeline Council - you will manage, own and optimize the “Pipe Council” with leadership. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the top metrics influencing the sales funnel to build pipeline and work with leadership to report weekly and fine tune our gtm model
-Valuable analysis relies on well-thought out systems, how they are integrated, and clean data. You will own this effort.
-Sales forecasting and QBR’s: you will own the weekly preparation of the sales forecast and the preparation for GTM quarterly business reviews (partnering with the head of Sales Enablement and CRO).

Sales Tools and Enablement
-Manage the sales tech stack, ensuring proper implementation and optimization for peak performance. 
-Core Tools: Salesforce (CRM), Qualified (AI SDR/Chat/Meeting Routing), Outreach.io (Sales Engagement), ZoomInfo (Data), Sales Navigator (Network), 100 Handshakes (Org Charts)and CharacterQuilt(AI GTM)
-Own and manage the CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and operational effectiveness, working closely with IT. Manage user permissions, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
-Enable the sales team on best practices and use cases for tools, providing continuous education and support. This will span across SDR/BDR, Account Executives, Solutions, Customer Success and more. 
-Evaluate existing tools and recommend alternatives when necessary to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.

Sales Process Management
-Collaborate with sales leadership to build, map, and document the sales process from lead to expansion/renewal.
-Ensure that sales tools and systems are being leveraged effectively within the sales process and work with leadership to define system improvements, such as scoring and workflows.
-Identify and address process gaps to improve operational efficiency.
-Enable the field to ensure adoption of our sales process. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Operate with a GTM Operations mindset, partnering closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to ensure alignment across the revenue funnel.
-Act as a key liaison among sales and other teams to drive operational consistency and collaboration.
-You will work closely with the CRO, Head of Sales Enablement & Operations and touch multiple business programs.

What you bring to the table:
-4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role within a SaaS or technology environment.
-Strong expertise with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
-Experience managing and optimizing sales technology stacks.
-Proven ability to map and improve sales processes.
-Strong analytical and reporting skills.
-Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
-Strong skills in relationship building to become a trusted advisor of the business

The annual salary for this position is between $120K to $155K USD.
The annual base salary range for this full-time position reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Actual pay may vary, depending on qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity options, and company benefits (your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process). Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above.
