The Impact: The Analyst will provide program and project management for all Corporate Platforms. Corporate Platforms is responsible for S&P Global's strategic evolution of commercial, people, and finance technology platforms, capabilities, frameworks, and operational processes.

Responsibilities:   

  • Vendor Management: As Vendor Management Coordinator for Corporate Platforms Technology, you will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day activities related to external technology vendors. Your main responsibilities will include helping coordinate vendor interactions, tracking contract timelines, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will play a key role in vendor relationship management by conducting research, gathering data, and contributing to performance assessments. This position will play a lead role for the department in vendor negotiations, contract administration, and the optimization of technology procurement processes.  
  • Confidentiality and discretion: Maintain a smooth flow of information while exercising a high level of discretion in managing the confidential and sensitive nature of communications. 
  • Internal partnership & collaboration: Establish collaborative and friendly relationships with internal stakeholders and partners on key administrative projects; notably, PowerPoint presentations and reporting for executives. 
  • Internal meetings and offsites: Plan and execute training sessions and various meetings. Work with leaders to set and socialize agendas, organize meeting logistics, secure and test technology requirements, handle meeting follow-up items, etc.  
  • Recognition Program Management: Host celebrations, run team contests, challenges, polls and retrospectives. 
  • Manage department-wide Employee Engagement Activities including internal communications and training programs. 
  • Own the department's Sphere and SharePoint Sites. Solicit and manage the content and site organization. 
  • Maintain central calendar for Corporate Platforms, including liaising with internal stakeholders and the leadership team to ensure that all relevant events are documented and timely reminders issued. 

What We are Looking For:  

  • 3+ years of relevant experience 
  • Previous experience in working in a multinational corporate environment 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for executive reporting and presentations. Experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint a plus.  
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across responsibilities and stakeholders  
  • Ability to turn ideas into strong processes and recurring programs  
  • Willingness to work the US EST shift 

Additional Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. 
  • Familiarity with technology platforms and procurement processes. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
