The Site Analytics Analyst is responsible for implementing and managing site analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager and Pendo to ensure accurate tracking, data capture and to provide site analytics to stakeholders. The role analyzes site activity and user behavior to generate insights that improve site functionality and user experience. The role involves collaborating with various teams: product, marketing, and technical teams to optimize tracking strategies and data accuracy. Additionally, this person develops strategies for monitoring site performance, provides training and support on analytics tools, and creates detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders. This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Responsibilities
Ensure accurate implementation and management of site analytics tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Pendo)
Proper placement and maintenance of tracking tags for comprehensive site monitoring
Analyze and generate actionable insights to improve site activity and user experience
Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with various teams: technical, product, and marketing to ensure necessary data is captured for full analysis and to optimize tracking strategies and data accuracy
Proactively monitor and enhance site performance metrics, while efficiently troubleshooting and resolving site analytics issues
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in site analytics and user behavior analysis
Provide training and support to team members on the use of site analytics tools and best practices
Bachelor's Degree - BA in data analytics or related fields - Required (5 years of additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of applicable degree)
Vocational or technical GA certification education - Preferred
1-3 years of previous site analytics experience - Required

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $90,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
