We’re looking for a portfolio administrator to join our ranks. In this role, you will play an integral part in the timely and accurate processing of our business, in addition to supporting the processing of the Sub-Advised and Strategist program in Commonwealth’s PPS platform.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with PPS Direct/Select traders to ensure the timely trading of accounts
  • Monitoring and handling BOS queue cases
  • Reviewing and handling all task items for the Envestnet program
  • Creating and running reports
  • Maintaining accuracy in the trading system data
  • Servicing advisors who call into our phone queue

Additional Skills and Knowledge

  • 1–2 years of financial services experience
  • FINRA Series 7 securities registration preferred, or willing to obtain within six months
  • Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Working knowledge of BOS and FBSI
