Natcast (short for The National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology) is a new, purpose-built, non-profit entity created to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium, established by the CHIPS Act of the U.S. government.

In this role you will pioneer system-level optimization strategies that define the future of semiconductor performance, developing breakthrough solutions for power efficiency, thermal management, and computational throughput challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Research & Development:
Lead groundbreaking research in system-level optimization, addressing power delivery, memory bandwidth/latency/capacity/cost, power density, thermal density, thermal management, and power-efficient performance optimization.
Develop advanced simulation frameworks comprehending package, board, rack, system, and application. Develop models to predict and optimize semiconductor system behavior under varying conditions.
