Airtable is looking for a creative, adaptable and innovative Senior Campaigns Manager, Builder Acquisition and Engagement to spearhead the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-impact marketing campaigns specifically targeting Builders – a community of our most passionate and innovative users. In this pivotal role, you’ll be a key driver of our user growth efforts, boosting brand visibility and generating demand across multiple channels in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an expert in storytelling and able to craft compelling narratives that resonate with this target audience while communicating the unique value of Airtable’s offerings. PLG marketing and user community experience is a major plus.
What you'll do
As a Senior Campaigns Manager, you'll work closely with product marketing, content, design, and sales, you’ll turn product positioning into campaign messaging and strategy and then fully execute multi-channel campaigns that acquire and grow our core builder / user base. This includes developing the campaign framework—target audience segmentation, messaging, and channel mix—to reach the right customers at the right time. Collaboration with Community and Education teams will also be integral to reaching and engaging the target audience. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of your campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring each initiative drives meaningful impact and aligns with our growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Campaign Narrative: Collaborate closely with product marketing to interpret key messaging, positioning, and product differentiators, and turn these elements into a comprehensive campaign narrative.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Own the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including digital, content, social media, email, and paid media strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams like product marketing, content, creative, community, education, webinar and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and customer needs.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Set KPIs and utilize data-driven insights to measure campaign performance, optimize ongoing efforts, and report results to key stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Present campaign strategies, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership, making recommendations based on insights and performance data.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay on top of industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices. Identify new opportunities to innovate and elevate campaign performance.
Who you are
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in campaign or demand generation roles
- Strong experience in integrated campaign planning across multiple channels (digital, social, email, corporate events, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze user data to optimize acquisition funnels and enhance user engagement.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience working closely with senior leadership.
- Ability to adapt to a very fast-paced, evolving environment and pivot strategies as needed - and enjoy doing so!
Preferred Qualifications
- Product Led Growth (PLG) marketing experience
- Experience in a B2B technology or SaaS environment
- Experience with / exposure to SEO/SEM and Lifecycle strategies and their role in driving user acquisition
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
