Job description

NeoWork is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team in Colombia. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the sales process through phone calls, emails, and online meetings, generating leads, and maintaining relationships with clients.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about nurturing customer relationships.

This is a 4-month contract to start and has the potential to continue depending on overall performance.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and online meetings
  • Generate new leads and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
  • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.

Benefits

  • Compensation: PHP 35,000 to PHP 45,000 per month, depending on experience
  • In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives/commissions are provided.
  • The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs.
