Test automation specialist (ServiceNow)

We currently have a vacancy for a Test automation specialist (ServiceNow) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will work remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team.

Your tasks:

• Design, prepare and monitor ServiceNow automated tests;
• Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate ServiceNow automated testing within the testing process;
• Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach;
• Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture;
• Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs;
• Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach;
• Create automated test reporting and metrics collection.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 11 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Proficiency in navigating and configuring the ServiceNow platform;
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, ServiceNow ATF, …);
• Experience with performance and security testing;
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other tools and platforms;
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD);
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards to ensure testing accuracy and efficiency;
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for ServiceNow integration;
• Understanding of ServiceNow’s scripting and automation capabilities, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies;
• Understanding of test automation strategies and when to apply them;
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for the ServiceNow platform;
• Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test cases;
• Possession of the following certificates would be considered as an asset: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board), Certified Selenium WebDriver Professional;
• Excellent command of the English language. French would be considered an advantage.
