Clinical Data Entry Specialist

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.

We are seeking a Clinical Data Entry Specialist to support a high-impact clinical study with one of our key pharmaceutical clients. The role involves managing clinical data entry, document anonymization, and uploads to electronic data capture (EDC) systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve clinical data from source documents and enter it into an electronic data capture (EDC) system.
• Manage and process a backlog of clinical cases, with an ongoing workload throughout the year.
• Anonymize and upload clinical documents to the designated platform.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance with clinical study protocols, and adherence to data integrity best practices.
• Work closely with the study team to ensure timely and efficient data processing.

Preferred Candidate Location

• Ideally based near Copenhagen, Denmark, to facilitate initial in-person training and collaboration with the study team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in medical data entry within a clinical research setting.
• Understanding of vascular diseases, particularly aortic and cardiovascular areas (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems used in clinical trials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data entry.
• Proficiency in Danish is preferred, but not required.

• Immediate availability is required to manage the backlog efficiently and transition smoothly to ongoing tasks.
