IT Infrastructure PM

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager with a strong technical background in to oversee multiple concurrent projects, implementations, and system integrations. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and clearly communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


Project Oversight:

• Oversee initiatives from inception to completion, including cloud migrations (Azure), data center transitions, network operations, and system consolidations following corporate acquisitions
• Assess and anticipate how system modifications impact workflows, data integrity, and reporting structures.
• Manage product deployments, software integrations, upgrades, and system transitions.
• Facilitate seamless application rollouts while balancing multiple project workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• 8+ years as Project Manager with Infrastructure guidelines (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS) experience including:
  • Understand Hardware/ Software infrastructure management
  • Familiarity with Azure and On Prem
  • Familiarity with acquisition and integrations

• Ability to balance technical feasibility and business impact, ensuring optimal project prioritization.
• Scrum Master Certification preferred
• PMP Certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field

• Establish clear acceptance criteria to define project success and align expectations across teams.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring visibility into upcoming work and resource planning.
• Set and track sprint and program increment goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct technical discussions with engineering teams to refine requirements, address challenges, and clarify feasibility.
• Collaborate with leadership to balance customer expectations with technical constraints, ensuring realistic prioritization.
• Leverage agile methodologies and scrum reporting tools to monitor progress and enhance team performance.
• Validate project outcomes to ensure maximum value and measurable benefits for end users.
• Define scope, objectives, and milestones while engaging key stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and strategic alignment.
• Track project performance using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement process improvements for optimal project execution.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with internal teams, business leaders, and external vendors to foster collaboration.
