As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach
Ensure follow-ups and assist in closing deals by maintaining consistent communication
Build and maintain an accurate database of potential and current clients
Set appointments and provide qualified leads for the sales team
Track progress toward meeting sales goals and provide regular updates to management
Stay organized and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
Utilize CRM tools to log activities and maintain lead data
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Polish and English - this requirement is a must
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
