LAdmins is a thriving staffing company dedicated to excellence in every aspect of our operations. As we expand our team, we are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist with a background in recruitment to play a key role in our HR department.

Job Overview:
The Recruitment Specialist will support our recruitment efforts, helping to attract and acquire top talent to contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help coordinate recruitment plans.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Use various methods to source and attract potential candidates.
  • Participate in initial screenings, interviews, and assessments.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Support the recruitment process from posting job openings to assisting with offer negotiations.
  • Help maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to support and improve recruitment efforts.

Employer Branding:

  • Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand.
  • Support initiatives that enhance the organization’s reputation as a desirable place to work.

Data Management:

  • Help maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/ Talent Acquisition. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
