About the Company:

Our client is a trailblazer in the CPaaS space, delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses to communicate more efficiently. They thrive in an environment of innovation, collaboration, and growth, where your work is valued, recognized, and impactful.  Please note this is a hybrid/remote position in Raleigh, NC.

What You’ll Do:

    • Develop compelling, customer-centric messaging that clearly articulates the value of CPaaS/SaaS products.
    • Ensure product positioning is aligned with the company’s brand and market needs.
  • Market & Competitive Research:
    • Conduct market analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Own competitive intelligence efforts, working cross-functionally to develop data-backed insights and competitive assets.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:
    • Lead product launches from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution across product, sales, and marketing teams.
    • Partner with demand generation teams to create campaigns that drive sales success.
    • Align stakeholders on product roadmaps, positioning, and launch goals.
  • Technical & Product Expertise:
    • Gain deep product knowledge—build implementations yourself to understand technical capabilities.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging marketing messaging.
    • Develop sales demo flows and scripts to showcase product value effectively.
  • Content Creation & Thought Leadership:
    • Develop marketing collateral, including datasheets, case studies, product videos, blog posts, and presentations.
    • Create compelling thought leadership content that highlights industry trends and company expertise.
  • Sales Enablement & Customer Advocacy:
    • Partner with sales teams to provide training, tools, and resources that empower them to sell effectively.
    • Work closely with customers to develop success stories, testimonials, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Act as the key liaison between product, marketing, and sales teams, ensuring strategic alignment.
    • Foster collaboration that enhances the customer journey and product adoption.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience—ideally in CPaaS, SaaS, or a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical features into compelling, customer-friendly messaging.
  • Experience leading product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable with Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with CRM & marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally while influencing without authority.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and prioritization skills.

Benefits & Perks:
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical (employee covered 100%), dental, and vision plans to keep you and your family healthy.
  • Generous Paid Time Off: Recharge and refuel with PTO and 10+ paid company holidays.
  • Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with a 4% company match to help you plan for the future.
