$108,000.00 - $140,000.00
About Engineering at Reverb
We build primarily in Ruby/Rails and React, but we value identifying the right language/framework for the job. About the Role
This is a full-time position reporting to the Engineering Manager of the Discovery Experience team to help users find the music gear they love. Our hybrid work model offers flexible workplace policies that can accommodate work from home candidates who are comfortable traveling to the office location 4+ times per month.

You are someone who likes to participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers directly. You also enjoy new challenges and learning new things to help you do your work more effectively.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience with web technologies and applicable RDBMSes, with an emphasis on backend technologies (We mainly use Ruby/Rails with Postgres but there are some opportunities in Typescript)
Solid understanding of your chosen languages and frameworks, but curiosity and ability to ramp up on new technologies quickly when called for.
Experience with unit testing (whether TDD, BDD, or spike it first and test it later) and a desire to push everyone to do better.
Great communication skills and the desire to collaborate across departments and with internal customers.
Experience with ElasticSearch, GraphQL at scale are huge pluses.
