Associate Director- Partner Management

Key Responsibilities:
 Partner (companies which would complement practice/delivery) Management:
o Partner qualification and on boarding / empanelment.
o Partner performance tracking & report.
o Partner coordination – Invoice / Payment / Escalation.
o Internal coordination – Biz operation, Finance, HR, TA, Practice, Delivery
o Partner off boarding (based on the criteria)
o Payment tracking and coordination

Required Skills and Experience:
 Proven experience in Partner management with respect to Practice & Delivery in IT
Services organization.
 Strong expertise in Business operation especially vendor management, finance
operation, and Governance.
 Strong stakeholder management and business development skills.
 Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Engineering or Commerce graduate
 Experience in IT Services organization
 Business operation knowledge

 Strategic thinking and innovation.
 Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
 Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
