Legal Counsel, DACH Legal & Compliance (m/w/d)

We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel (m/w/d) to join our DACH Legal & Compliance team in Munich.

Your Role at Haleon 

As Legal Counsel DACH, you will support sales and marketing teams in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland by providing sound legal guidance and solutions.

• Review and advise on advertising materials and campaigns for Haleon’s brands.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for the sale of goods, services, and other key areas.
• Provide guidance on anti-trust regulations and compliance.
• Offer commercial legal solutions while recommending business-friendly approaches.
• Prepare and deliver trainings for sales and marketing teams on key legal topics.
• Update and manage guidance documents, FAQs, and template contracts.
   

What we expect from you 

• Fully qualified lawyer in Germany with both state bar exams completed.
• At least 3+ years of experience in advertising, healthcare marketing, contracts, and anti-trust law.
• Fluent in German and English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to prioritize competing demands effectively.
• Commercially minded with a focus on delivering practical legal solutions.
• Committed to continuous learning and driving improvements within the team.
