POSITION

Responsible for the overall direction and management of the business. Reporting directly to the Group Leader, the President is accountable for the complete P&L, day-to-day operations, strategic direction, business development and people leadership of the Granbury Food Brands, including Thrive, Firefly, Diamondtouch, Coffee Shop Manager, Vitalink, R-Stream, etc. The role requires a strong ability to lead and develop a team, build strong customer and industry relationships, and to drive for improved operational efficiencies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with the support of the Group Leader and with a high level of judgement, autonomy and responsibility undertake the following responsibilities:

Customer Focus
  • Strong sales and business development expertise and ability to give high impact presentations
  • Work with the management team to develop and implement product commercialization & marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions
  • Engage with key-customers and build further confidence and commercial opportunities
  • Explore new opportunities within the vertical for development and new revenue creation
  • Build a long-term, sustainable business by relentlessly focusing on customer retention and new customer acquisition

Operations
  • Drive strategic and operational requirements of the business
  • Design and implement process improvements aimed at streamlining activities while improving efficiency and managing through systems
  • Technical experience, understands the underlying SaaS and on premise technology stack
  • Develop long term technology strategy and product positioning

People Management
  • Display exemplary leadership and develop a thriving company culture that brings out the best in its people by focusing on employee growth and retention
  • Set goals and targets and incentive plans for sales teams in line with company growth objectives.  Demonstrated ability to motivate others.

Financial Management
  • Manage metrics including clear sales targets, KPI’s, reporting, controls, budgets and processes in order to identify risks and opportunities
  • Provide direction and participate in the short and long term financial planning process
  • Oversee preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly operating forecasts, including reporting Company performance against forecasts
  • Manage against established Key Performance Indicators used to drive and benchmark the Company performance

Other
  • Perform other relevant and reasonable duties as requested by the Group Leader
  • Demonstrate organizational agility and promote the company culture and values at all times
