Job description

As an Integration Manager at Aledade, you will lead a dynamic Integration team, driving the successful execution and timely delivery of high-impact integration projects. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the seamless integration of critical data—ranging from Claims, Scheduling, and Clinical information—across a diverse array of vendor systems, empowering our partner practices to unlock the full potential of Aledade's cutting-edge population health platform.

You'll be at the forefront of orchestrating operational strategies and fostering collaboration to ensure that each integration project aligns with our broader business goals. Your expertise in driving project velocity, managing cross-functional teams, and navigating complex integration challenges will be key to enabling our partners’ success and advancing Aledade’s mission in transforming healthcare.

We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.



Primary Duties:

Project management:
  • Managing the execution of multiple healthcare integrations projects’ lifecycle simultaneously in accordance with Aledade’s data specifications and service level agreements
  • Provide the communication link between Integrations and internal partners (Implementation Data Operations, Development and Operations, Product Management, and associated leadership)
  • Managing issues, decisions, risks, and escalations to management and/or stakeholders
  • Be a technical problem solver on the team, identifying innovative solutions to project blockers and resolving issues and constraints through consensus and sound judgment

  • Lead initiatives that are part of Practice Success Program:
  • Own and lead initiatives that are supporting key results and keeping the lights on
  • Execute projects and tasks
  • Measure success of initiatives or programs
  • Presenting updates of the health of the initiatives

  • Managing a group of Integration Analysts and/or Specialists:
  • Managing team’s and individual team member’s performance
  • Make recommendations on SLA and KPI, operationalize the success measure
  • Create tools to manage and track team’s capacity and performance set forth by leadership
  • Onboard new personnel, train and mentor others

  • Presentations across the org:
  • Presenting regular updates on operations health and future opportunities to leadership

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate competency in HL7 SIU and/or  ADT, HIPAA X12 837, or CCDA (how to perform interface mapping, XPATH mapping, etc.)
  • Experience constructing new and complex SQL queries
  • Experience working with SFTP, VPN, XDS.b, and XDM connectivity
  • Proven self-starter, can-do attitude, excellent project execution
  • Demonstrate excellent problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate effective communication with project stakeholders: clear, concise, and adaptable (based on audience)
  • Experience leading a team, managing team’s performance
  • Bachelor Degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, or related fields, and/or 4+ year’s experience as an Integration Manager in the healthcare setting business operations (4+ years), and 6+ years experience working in the integration or integration support field.

  • Preferred KSA's:
  • Experience with building interfaces in Mirth interface engine
