Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Customer Success Strategy Consultant to join our team. This role plays a critical part in driving successful customer outcomes across different business segments, including Small-Medium Business (SMB), the Customer Success Team (CST), and enterprise customers leveraging the Centric 8 (C8) platform.

As a consultant, you will collaborate with clients in the Retail, Apparel & Footwear, FMCG, and High-Fashion industries, developing and implementing effective customer success strategies aimed at improving customer retention, satisfaction, and overall business growth. You will leverage data-driven insights, industry best practices, and customer journey mapping to optimize customer success operations and ensure long-term adoption of Centric’s solutions.

Depending on the business segment you support, your focus may involve delivering Centric 8 Agile deployment projects, assisting SMBs in streamlining their onboarding processes, or working within CST to enhance ongoing client engagement and strategic value realization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients across SMB, CST, and enterprise segments, leveraging expertise in business process analysis and customer success to guide successful software implementation.
  • Execute Centric implementation methodologies, ensuring seamless deployment and integration of solutions.
  • Conduct process analysis, requirements gathering, and use case documentation to translate customer needs into effective C8 functionality.
  • Lead customer workshops, presenting and configuring out-of-the-box (OOTB) solutions based on a deep understanding of business processes.
  • Design and deliver customized solutions that align with customer needs, ensuring optimal efficiency and value realization.
  • Maintain best practices for Agile methodology throughout project lifecycles, ensuring high-quality and consistent outcomes.
  • Manage project execution, including time tracking, budget management, and progress reporting, to keep implementations on schedule and within scope.
  • Develop and maintain clear implementation and communication plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
  • Provide strategic recommendations that align Centric’s software capabilities with each customer’s goals, whether they are an SMB, enterprise, or ongoing CST client.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring a continuous feedback loop to drive improvements and address challenges proactively.
  • Guide clients through conflict resolution, escalation management, and change management, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, equipping users with the necessary knowledge to maximize Centric’s software benefits.
  • Utilize strong presentation skills and storytelling techniques to effectively communicate strategies, solutions, and value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Support internal teams by sharing insights, refining processes, and fostering a collaborative team environment to drive project success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Fashion/Textiles, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience in customer success management, consulting, or software implementation, with a focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and translate it into strategic actions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and implementing customer success frameworks and KPIs (e.g., NPS, CSAT, churn, and retention).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results on time.
